Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Track import production timelines with overseas vendors
• Measure specs and review sample and bulk quality
• Conduct fit sessions and document fit comments
• Review tech packs and manage trim/bulk approvals
• Organize samples and maintain production schedules
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in import production or related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
* Starting from $58,000 ~ per year, depending on experience and qualifications
[ Import Design Assistant ]
• Minimum 1~2 years of apparel industry experience preferred
• Assist with sample management, tech packs, fabric/trim sourcing, and vendor communication
• Support design and production team with daily tasks and organization
• Ability to sketch flats and update design documents
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office (Excel)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fashion Design graduate preferred
* Salary: Starting at $50K+ (Negotiable based on experience)
[ Design Team Intern ]
• Support design team with daily tasks, sample organization, and tracking
• Assist with tech packs, design documents, and fabric/trim sourcing
• Help coordinate with vendors, factories, and production team
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office preferred
• Fashion Design major or related field preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
