Responsibilities
- Travel within the U.S. to attend trade shows (weekend travel required)
- Set up trade show and breakdown, including lifting and moving boxes and displays
- Engage with buyers, present products, and take orders on-site
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Follow up on orders and assist with order processing
- Support inventory management and overall sales operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful trade show execution

ASSOCIATE IMPORT PRODUCTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Import Production professional to manage and support overseas production processes while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
-Assist in creating and updating tech packs and fit comments
-Review garment specs and support sample and production quality checks
-Measure samples and ensure accuracy in fit and construction
-Manage and follow up on purchase orders (POs)
-Perform data entry and maintain records in ERP systems
-Communicate with overseas vendors and factories
-Work closely with design and sales
-Track production timelines and help ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
-2–5 years of experience in apparel import production
-Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and specs
-Experience with PO management and ERP systems preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

-Design and update e-commerce banners and website visuals on a regular basis
-Create digital assets for wholesale e-commerce platforms

-Manage and update Google Ads, & Social media

Qualifications

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our online and wholesale e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Process and manage e-commerce orders and returns
-Upload and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms
-Input and update product information in internal systems
