

Customer Service Lead and Account Coordinator
Kori America is an LA-based wholesale women's apparel company supplying boutiques nationwide through Faire, FashionGo and our own platform. We're looking for someone sharp, motivated and organized to join our internal team.
You'll own real relationships with our boutique buyers and work alongside our sales team to keep deals moving and customers satisfied.
What you'll do
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for boutique customers via phone, email, and chat
• Lead our customer service team on PO processing, follow-ups, and order confirmations
• Maintain and distribute linesheets
• Provide in-house support to the sales team — keeping accounts warm, surfacing reorders
What we need
• 2+ years in wholesale women's apparel — please list contemporary accounts you've worked with on your resume
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Sharp organization and time management; detail-oriented multitasker
• Positive, adaptable, willing and eligible to travel
• N41 experience strongly preferred
Pay ~$22/hr depending on experience
