WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REP
Duties and Responsibilities
• Attend domestic tradeshows (Las Vegas, Dallas, Nashville, New York, etc.) to represent the brand and write orders.
• Coordinate samples and booth prep for shows, including packing, shipping, merchandising, and breakdown.
• Travel to visit key accounts and prospects outside of tradeshows for on-site appointments, line showings, and relationship building.
• Prospect and open new wholesale accounts to secure new orders and expand our customer base.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, driving reorders and increasing volume with current buyers.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers via email, phone, video, and in-person meetings to present collections and confirm orders.
• Record and track sales activity and follow-ups in internal systems (B2B platforms, CRM/task tools) to ensure timely responses and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1–2 years of wholesale apparel experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of tradeshow experience, including working with buyers and writing orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with buyers in person and over the phone.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable with frequent U.S. travel for markets, tradeshows, and account visits.
• Experience with ERP systems (sales, inventory, or order management).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with project/task management tools for organizing follow-ups and show prep (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
IMPORT PRODUCTION MANAGER
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale women’s apparel.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
• Manage production timelines from development through bulk delivery.
• Review TOP samples, bulk approvals, and production status updates.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and technical design documentation.
• Identify potential product, quality, and costing issues, and provide appropriate recommendations to design, sales, and production teams.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred.
TECHNICAL DESIGNER / FIT TECH
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical design, pattern making, and vendor communication.
• Prepare, measure, and analyze garments to ensure compliance with comments, specs, construction, and sketches.
• Lead fit sessions, take detailed and accurate notes, and communicate directives through clear comments and detailed photos.
• Partner closely with the design team to execute design vision and fit intent.
• Identify potential product, quality, and costing issues, and provide appropriate recommendations to design, sales, and production teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and technical design documentation.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred.
ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale women’s apparel.
• Strong fashion sense with the ability to identify and forecast trends.
• Assist in creating and developing styles from concept through production
• Create detailed tech packs, maintain WIP updates throughout the development process, and attend fittings as needed.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
ASSISTANT DESIGNER
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• AA or BA degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience/education).
• Assist designers with a variety of daily design and development tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
