DESIGN TEAM
Designer
$80,000–$90,000 (DOE)
Experience: 5+ Years
We’re seeking a highly creative Designer to lead the development of our seasonal collections. This leadership role requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to take concepts from idea to production.
We’re looking for someone who can design fashion-forward, trend-driven pieces while balancing strong core styles—keeping the overall aesthetic elevated, modern, and commercially successful. Our key retail partners include Fashion Nova, Windsor, and Lulus.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the design process from concept to final sample approval
• Research trends, market direction, and competitors
• Develop mood boards, color stories, and fabric direction
• Create sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs
• Oversee fittings and ensure product quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, merchandising, and vendors
• Mentor junior designers and support team growth
• Maintain brand consistency across all collections
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of fashion design experience
• Degree in Fashion Design required
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Strong understanding of fabrics, construction, and fit
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

Assistant Fashion Designer

Experience: 1–2 Years
A great opportunity for an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience across all stages of the design process.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with sketching and CAD development
• Research trends and support mood board creation
• Help build tech packs and track samples
• Participate in fittings and product development
• Maintain calendars and timelines
What You Bring:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Fashion Design required
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
• Strong eye for color, trends, and styling

PRODUCTION TEAM
Company Production Manager
$80,000–$90,000 (DOE)
Experience: 7+ Years (Import Company Production Experience Required - Windsor, Fashion Nova, Nordstrom, Altar’d State, Buckle, Versona, and more)
We’re looking for an experienced Company Order Production Manager to oversee the full Company production lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery across all company order related.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and manage production orders with consistent follow-up
• Communicate fit comments and revisions to overseas factories
• Monitor and track production schedules
• Oversee company orders for key accounts (Windsor, Fashion Nova, Nordstrom, Altar’d State, Buckle, Versona, and more)
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate effectively

Production Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-driven Production Coordinator to ensure consistency, quality, and precision across all garments.
What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate fit, drape, and construction through fittings
• Measure garments and verify against tech packs
• Ensure sizing accuracy and consistency
• Document fit notes and maintain records
• Communicate corrections clearly to overseas vendors
• Maintain grading and fit standards
Requirements:
• Must fit women’s sizes Small and Medium
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience in technical design or production preferred
• Comfortable trying on samples

Experience: 7+ Years FIT EVALUATION & QUALITY CONTROL
We’re looking for an experienced Fit Technician to ensure our garments meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and consistency.
What You’ll Do:
• Try on and evaluate women’s samples (size Small/Medium)
• Assess fit, proportion, drape, and construction
• Identify and communicate fit issues clearly
• Ensure compliance with brand sizing standards
• Inspect garment quality, including stitching, seams, and finishes

• Strong knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
